SENIOR / FINANCE MANAGER
(Based In Batam)
(Jakarta Raya – Batam)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Finance Division and its full spectrum of finance and accounting activities.
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of small and long-term forecasting and financial objectives, as well as value-added analyses for management choice making.
- Responsible for budget plotting, cash flow management, consolidation, financial and management accounting, costing, statutory reporting, audit and taxation, internal control and compliance issues, and all aspects of operational account.
- Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day finance operations, month and year end closing, taxation and regulatory compliance, accurate and timely financial and management reporting to corporate office.
- Formulate and implement financial policies, internal control system, process management, standard operating procedures and make recommendation on corrective measure and improvement.
- Support the management and corporate head office with advice, analyses on financial performance data, accounting standards and requirements, legal and tax matters.
- Carry out duties in accordance with company’s management policy, procedures and work instructions on financial matters.
Requirements:
- Master/Degree in Finance/Accounting or any equivalent professional accounting qualifications
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
- Commercially savvy, strong financial competency with analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to make sound financial decisions
- Brilliant interpersonal, communication, hands-on leadership and organization skills and thrives in a quick paced and dynamic environment
- Prior work experience in SAP system, financial system implementation are advantageous
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Required language(s): English.
