Accounting Assistant Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure that daily and monthly reporting for all unit links transaction are submitted on timely and accurate basis.
- Input journal to SAP
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare petty cash reconciliation
- Run depreciation, revaluation in SAP
- Maintain list of prepayments, advances, fixed assets, accruals, other liabilities
- Review and monitoring Branch Finance transactions.
Requirements:
- University Degree, Majoring Accounting
- Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience in life insurance business and unit links practices.
- Excellent knowledge of funds management practices and accounting standard.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline
- Familiar to SAP
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
