Finance and Accounting Manager
(Lao People Democratic Republic – Vientiane Capital)
Responsibilities:
- You will play a key role in managing full spectrum of accounting functions. Your managerial position shall include managing, training and implementing new policies and procedures for your team of 10 accounting staffs.
- Month-end closing preparation and review.
- Review and improve existing system and internal control procedures.
- Ensure accurate compilation, analysis and management reporting of accounting data and ensure monthly tax reports are submitted to relevant authorities.
- Maintain day-to-day financial control and ensure all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control and cost controlling.
- Prepare and make and review detailed budgets for approval by management and ensure the budgets are being adhered to strictly.
- Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to set requirements.
- Ensure, delegating as appropriate, that each finance sub-section is adequately managed and staffed.
- All other duties necessary in relation to accounting and financial matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance & Accountancy.
- Mandatory language: English.
- Additional language: Thai, Chinese are added advantages.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or Accounting related. Job role in Accounting Department under the Management team.
