Accounting Staff
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Function:
- Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare Invoice, Payment Process, Expense, Account Payable and filing accounting data.
Tasks:
- Data Entry with MYOB
- Handle Invoicing for costumer
- Follow up outstanding trade receivables by phone
- Follow up all the payment process by costumer
- Checking daily operational expense, traveling expense for staff
- Follow up advance payment and the payment process
- Filling accounting data
- Handling Account Receivable
Requirements:
- Female
- Max. 26 years ancient
- Min. D3 majoring in Accounting from reputable university
Experience:
- Min. 1 year in similar position
Skills:
- Brilliant computer skills, advanced functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access;
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications (MYOB)
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
- Self-motivated, honest & strong integrity
- Team work oriented, assertive & fully initiative
- Analytical and detail-oriented
