We are Islamic Microfinance Institution looking for best candidates with “passion” on micro and small entrepreneur business development for the following positions :
Administration / Accounting Officer/ ADM
Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
Main Activities :
- Help with preparation of the budget
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the general ledger
- Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
- Establish and maintain accounts
- Ensure data is entered into the system
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system and Prepare income statements/ balance sheets
- Help with the annual audit
- Maintain financial files and records responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
Responsibility to Adm & Operation Section Chief.
Qualification :
- Male/ Female, Max. 27 years ancient, bachelor degree from in any field,
- at least 1 year(s) of working experience in funding and/or investment or financing
- Experience in Accounting, Operational and Administration Bank/Non Bank (expr. 3 years),
- analytical skill, excellent ttitude, excellent communication, team work and under pressure and Excellent personality.
