Administration Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Handle finance administration of Representative Office.
- Manage petty cash float and advances / reconciliations including prepare report for petty cash / Advances usage and submit to HO together with all supporting documents.
- Manage filling and personnel administration (leave and attendance).
- Organize administrative activities in order to comply with the company’s SOP.
- Maintain calendar for each team members and meetings.
- Communicate in all means with head office via telephone, fax, email or letter.
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 25 years ancient.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Experienced in handling finance-administration matters.
- Excellent communication, pleasant and delight in dealing with people.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent coordination and co-operation with other parties.
- High accuracy and detail oriented, excellent analytical skill.
- Strong administration skill.
