Finance Supervisor
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the routine work activities in the accounts payable department, ensuring efficient and accurate operations
- Help in compiling information for preparing various reports for the department including, but not limited to grant reporting
- Help controller as needed in preparing a new budget, amended budgets and analyses of special revenue fund
- Ensure all buys have been approved by proper director and are included in the annual budget
- Develop and implement procedures for accurate and efficient month and year end close of the general ledger
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
