MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Requirements:
- 10-15 years post qualifying experience
- Multinational manufacturing background is preferred
- Matured , able to lead a team and highly analytical
- Able to know and clarify complex costing issues to all levels within the business including non-finance professionals
- Detailed knowledge of costing structure, standard costing in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Manage Plantation and Factory operational budget, perform variance analysis and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Pricing analysis, new product launch analysis, and investment analysis.
- To setup Management Accounting Dept in accordance to company’s needs and recommend appropriate format for monthly management reporting.
- To ensure application of product line profitability and the financial reporting as per company requirement.
