Account Officer

(Jakarta Raya – Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Prepares Monthly Financial Statement Reports & Tax Report;
• Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports;
• Input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems;
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels;
• Resolve accounting discrepancies;
• Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.

Requirements:

• Female, Max. 35 years of age;
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/ Taxation or equivalent from reputable academy;
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel;
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Have comprehensive understanding about Accounting Cycle, Financial Report, Costing, Budgeting and Cash Flow and able to work under limited supervision or stress;
• Pleasant personality, responsible and mature thinking with excellent working ethics & attitude;
• Detail oriented along with excellent appearance, analytical thinking and excellent management skill;
• Posses brilliant communication skill, especially in English, both oral and written (Mandarin and dialect are an added advantage);
• Excellent appearance, Possess leadership quality (self confident, highly motivated) and able to work with all levels of staff;
• High level of professionalism, integrity (honesty) and loyalty;
• Well organized, clean, tidy and meticulous in terms of work responsibility;
• Willingness to learn, quick Learner, able to work quick, accurately and independently under stress;
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule;
