Accounts Payable Supervisor
(Bali)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager the Account Payable Supervisor will be responsible for all accounts payable functions for the company.
Requirements:
- Specific Requirment :
- Experience in handling Account Payable, Account Payable analisyst and other Account Payable Process.
- Experience in Purchasing process and Vendor analysts
- Able to manage Vendor’s invoices and payment schedule
- Ablility to manage petty cash expenses.
- Ability to reconcile AP ledger with Vendor;s’ statements.
- Ability to prepare weekly aging statements and reconciliation with general ledger.
General Requirement :
- Male of Female, Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) majoring in Accounting, with GPA min 2.75
- Age max 35 years ancient
- Based in Bali or willing to be stationed in Bali
- Min 4 years experience in a similar position, preferable in retail or lifestyle industry
- Self motivated, independent, able to multi-task and work
- Must possess brilliant communication (English- both oral and written), leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Brilliant organization, plotting, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in the use of SAP B1 or similar ERP systems preferred
