Assistant Finance Manager (based in Batam)
(Jakarta Raya – Batam)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Finance Division and its activities that include financial accounting, cost and management accounting, credit control and taxation.
- Budget plotting, cash flow projections and reporting and all aspects of operational accounts
- Formulate and implement financial policies as well as internal control procedures
- Ensure timely submission and consolidation of monthly/quarterly management reports and analyze business information
- Support the management and Corporate Head Office with advice and information on financial performance data and analysis, accounting standards and requirements, legal and tax matters
- Compute & process all related payroll & taxation for the local and expatriate employees.
- Carry out duties in accordance with company’s management policy, procedures and work instructions on financial matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or any equivalent professional accounting qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesia’s accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a must
- Experience in SAP and/or audit will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to converse in Mandarin/dialect will be an added advantage
- Applicants must be able to work in Batam
