Internal Audit (IA)
(Jawa Barat – Cikarang Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/ required timeline
- Review the suitability of internal control design
- Establish risk-based audit programs
- Verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area
- Develop positive relationship with high personal and moral character and able to impart same of employees
- Coordinate, develop, train the IA team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance with min GPA 2,8
- Maximum age 35 years ancient
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Internal Audit, Tax, preferably from pulp & paper or heavy industry exposure
- Have excellent knowledge in auditing experience and knowledge sufficient to assure quality and accountability results
- Brilliant communication, interpersonal, initiative, persistence, diligent, hard worker, able to work under pressure and work for long hours (if needed)
- Fluent in English, Mandarin spoken would be advantage
- Has basic knowledge of audit, tax, accounting on problem solving tools and detail process
- Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively
- Willing to be places within factory area in Cikarang Barat, West Java
