Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the Training Management Program, where we train individuals through the program to climb the corporate ladder through the following positions:
- Marketing Executive: You will be part of the sales and marketing department, representing our clients to make awareness and perform customer acquisition program through event marketing and corporate marketing.
- Sales Training Manager: Besides involved in sales and marketing, you will be involved in recruiting and personnel development section of the company. You will be giving training, developing people to leadership roles.
- General Manager: You are required to operate one of our branches in Indonesia, more involvement in business management and operations.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- High willingness to learn for self development
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s): Bahasa, English and other foreign languages are advantages
- Can start A.S.A.P
