Claim Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Monitors all standard & operation guidelines for overall claim functions.
- Develops, establishes & communicates policies, objectives programs & procedures relating to claim activities
- Reviews compliance with established claim handling policies.
- Manages & provides technical as well as general directions to the staff responsible for handling claim administration process.
- Determines base payment by referring to policy coverage and limits, and determines course of action (i.e., payment, further investigation or denial)
- Integrates the claim team to make and maintain an effective work performance.
- Verifies corresponding letters with agents, policyholders, reinsurance, hospitals, doctors, attorneys, and claimants.
- Ensures effective coordination & service with other dept. of the company and provides service to the sales forces as an internal customer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, experience 6 years in the Claim area·
- Excellent command of English
- Sound understanding of insurance coverage policy
- Detailed understanding of Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance disciplines.
- Basic Insurance Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication Skill
- English literacy, proficient PC skills, result oriented, and energetic.
- Investigation Skill
- Administration Skill
