Credit Service Assistant (CSA) (Non Permanent Position)

Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining & controlling the customer aged receivable refer to agreed limit and term, by doing; consistently follow up and make a proper collection call to customer, verify and check the invoice accuracy (before due), regularly communicate and update the AR status to the respective Business Unit, and updating cash receipt to AR Module (AS400)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in accounting background with at least two years accounting experience
- Excellent command in English for both spoken and written
- Brilliant demonstrated of computer skill especially in Excel, Access, PowerPoint;
- Familiar with AS 400 system.
- Willing to be hired under contractual basis employment for initially 6 months period
