HEAD OF FINANCE (code: HF)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole operations of the financial matters in the Company
- Manage budgets, projections and forecasts
- Manage and ensure all financial matters compliance with the Company policy and related regulations
- Ensure all company systems, controls and internal audit processes are carried out efficiently and in line with the company policy
- Manage internal control systems and financial procedures and processes
General Requirements :
- Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
- Minimum 4 years working experience in related field in Company, huge four accounting firms experience is highly preferable
- Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members
- Brilliant administration and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate high service attitude with excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
