Responsibilities:
- Checking invoice & tax on system (NSWS)
- Posted reimbursement in system (NSWS)
- Update status/progress of Transmission Rebuilt on system (NSWS) and inform Warranty Section Heads (by email) regarding Incident Parts request
- Update Incident Parts received in system (NSWS)
- Correspondence : engine replacement, etc
- Warranty claim administration process
Requirements:
- Associate degree from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Preferably have experience in administration or warranty field
- Male, 22-25 years ancient.
- Must be able to operate Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
- Fluent in English (passive)
- Communicative, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, have interest in dealing with administrative task
