Bancassurance Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a excellent and professional working relationship with Area Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Relationship Manager, Personal Banker.
- Grow and maintain existing customer portfolio.
- Explore new business opportunity to distribute Bancassurance product and implement new business model according to the company’s need.
- Helping product and Bancassurance orientation and training at branch on regular basis.
- Joint visit work to meet potential client and existing client.
- Promoting incentive and recognition scheme to the branch.
- Preparing and conducting customer gathering on regular basis.
- Helping product and Bancassurance orientation and training at Branch on regular basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in business or marketing related course.
- Must have minimum 3 years experience in Insurance of Bancassurance
- Pleasant personality, brilliant communication and presentation skills
- Own excellent judgment and problem solving skills
- Have excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
- PC literate, high integrity, and have a strong analytical
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking excellent English
