Delivery Management Unit Assistant Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and monitor vendors performance to meet agreed SLA
- To prepare reports and analysis for the Manager in accordance with company requirements.
- To support entities with providing an efficient process in Delivery Management and contribute to achieve SLA E2E
- To resolve all unsuccess delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any major. Masters degree and overseas graduation from reputable university is advantage.
- Minimum five years of related business experience with progressively responsible work including two – three years of Ass manager position.
- Having the communication skills and able to work together in teams
- Able to work with, honest, meticulous, disciplin and adapt to a quick paced
- Strong interpersonal and people skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills & know statistical method as well.
- Demonstrated ability to reckon creatively, ability to coach, train, facilitate, supervise and lead team effectively
