Senior Analyst
Upon acceptance, you will become a part of our corporate finance team in executing fund raising deals, M&A transactions and other advisory deals. You will be responsible for the followings:
In-depth company and industry research supporting corporate advisory activities
Financial modeling, including valuation assessments
Writing and preparing transaction related documentation and marketing materials
Client and investor relations
Being an integral part of the execution team from pitch to closing
Qualification :
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Candidates must have strong finance and accounting background
- Candidates should possess brilliant verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English is a must and overseas graduates are preferred
