Legal Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Maximize the punctuality of every agreement and policy signing and realization
- Comply with all regulations related with industrial dispute between employees and UPH, company/employment regulations and any other legal cases
- Achieve the comprehensive, manageable, searchable documentation and filling for agreement, industrial dispute and other legal cases
Requirements:
- Posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Law
- Excellent understanding in Indonesian Labor regulation
General Requirements:
- All candidates should possess:
- Relevant experience and background
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written English)
