Responsibilities:
- Manage the claims department, and performs a variety of routine and complex administrative and technical work in accepting, coordinating, and administering claims.
- Oversee claim matters based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable case.
- Ensure complete and sound claim settlements, legal reviews, and investigations when necessary.
- Manage and direct the claim staff in performing their day to day activities.
Requirements:
- Min S1 in medical doctor from any reputable universities
- Having a minimum of 7 years experience in claims area with 2 years in managerial level. Experiences in life insurance industry.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Sound understanding of insurance coverage policy and advance insurance knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skill
