Financial Services Senior Managers
SCOPE OF WORK:
Responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance in; Financial Services (FS) Industry by providing skills in analyzing, designing, building, testing and deploying Financial Services industry-specific solutions, including innovating technology solutions to enable industry standards and processes; Banking by deliver banking industry-specific solutions. The focus is on plotting, designing and structuring a solution through a banking industry-specific application to achieve a business outcome.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shaping and leading programs that translate process application and/or integration shortfalls into transformation programs/projectsArticulating application and integration strategy and thought leadership for business solutions
- Envisioning new and innovative approaches and predicting probable business outcomes
- Establishing total cost of ownership metrics for actual impacts of application implementation
- Influencing client direction based on application design and architecture
- Defining solution architecture
- Shaping and leading large-scale application design and architecture activities
- Establishing acceptance of designs with client executives
- Translating and conveying impact of process and system changes to bottom line
- Shaping and leading large scale application build, test, and deploy activities
- Assessing and managing risk and issues throughout all aspects of the application implementation
- Cultivating client relationships and driving revenue acquisition
- Driving recruiting activities for geography
- Counseling junior team members
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
- Minimum S1 in Computer Science or related discipline from reputable University in Indonesia/Overseas with excellent result
- Minimum 6 years experience in related field
- Experience in financial services industry
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- Strong consulting experience and/or industry experience in the banking/financial services industry
- Proficient in oral and written English
