Ciptadana, one of the leading Securities Brokerage in Indonesia, is seeking experienced Helpdesk or Call Center for our new product. This is a contract position with potential to go permanent. The division will be growing rapidly and so this is an ideal time to join early. The position is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
HELPDESK / CALL CENTER
Qualifications:
- Pria / Wanita, single
- Usia 25 – 30 tahun
- Pendidikan min. DIII Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang Marketing / Helpdesk / Call Center / Customer Service
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
- Cakap dalam berkomunikasi, menarik, positive attitude & mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer Microsoft Office
- Kontrak / Permanen
