Jr. Personnel Manager
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handling monthly salary payment
- Handling Jamsostek registration for new employee and preparing monthly report to Jamsostek.
- Handling open payment application for allowances, overtime
- Handling annual income tax report reporting to Tax Office
- Review and arrange reimbursement for employees expenses report
- Propose and calculate propriate budget every year
- Handling and prosess Annual Leave Report
Requirements:
- S1 Management /Accounting Background
- Female, Max. 30 years
- Experience using CBS
- English proficiency is a must
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR or payroll related
- Professional in handling confidential information
- Know the employment law well
- Fluent in job grading, job evaluation and performance management system
- Able to set up competensy base human resource
General Affair Jr. Manager
Requirements:
In this position you will handle project management with excellent quality of work and accuracy. You need to do the plotting material for new building office and its equipment. You will supervise and evaluating the project management for set up the new building for branches.
Ensure all offices and its facilities in a excellent function. Review all vendors semi-annually to ensure all prices offered are competitive with the market. Prepare monthly fixed assets report. In this position you will need brilliant skill in building maintenance. You also need advance experience in handling project management for open a new branch.
General Affair Jr.Manager
Minimum 5 years working experience as General Affair. Familiar with tax law application (e.q art. 21 and art 25, etc)
