Recovery SDU Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing analytics of BAU / ad-hoc MIS needs of Global/Regional/In-country.
- SME (Subject-Matter-Expert) of RMS (Recovery Mgt Sys) , including maintaining and enhancing RMS
- Maintain, analyze and enhance Recovery segmentations and analytics
- Provide MIS analysis for problems encountered in Recovery area and communicate the results with the Recovery Head / Supervisors
- Actively support the MIS needs as per GCCFRP requirements
- Regularly ensure data integrity of the download to be used in MIS reporting.
- Take lead in automation to increase efficiencies for BAU Recoveries
- Ensure centralized Recovery agencies billing / payment is in place
- Involve in projects relating to MIS/Reporting.
- Actively support the MIS needs as per GCCFRP requirements
- Instrumental in Quarterly RCSA process by providing test samples to be used by many RCSA testers
- Other duties will be defined later on
Requirements:
- A minimum of Undergraduate (S-1) degree majoring in Information Systems / Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering from reputable university
- 1-2 years working experience in banking / financial institution environment
- High interests in Management Reporting / MIS / database and plotting
- Highly analytical with eyes and passion for details
- Working hands-on knowledge / experience / exposure in SAS and VBA is highly valued
- BSMR certification is a plus
- Brilliant spreadsheet skills
- Excellent people skills
- Willing to reckon ‘outside the box’ and take extra responsibilities
