Sales & Service Support Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Plaza Bapindo, Jl. Jend. Sudirman)
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end insurance sales processes, covering all range of products in all supporting aspects (system, data maintenance, process, and training).
- Support the implementation of new insurance sales channels and products.
- Handle insurance revenue from the providers.
- Manage and control business expenses according to plot and budget.
- Responsible to oversee the implementation of the insurance sales processes to be in line with the Control & Compliance policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage insurance support staffs in the area of MIS, claims, reporting, and incentives.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry.
- Candidate must possess analytical skill and computer savvy.
- Candidate must have leadership exposure.
- Candidate must possess min. S1 degree from a well-known university (preferably Computer-related majors), with GPA >3.00.
- Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, in verbal and written English.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizen, Jakarta-based.
