Responsibilities:
- Conduct training need analysis
- Develop curriculum and training materials
- Deliver training program for all level
- Evaluate and monitor training implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience as Trainer
- Excellent understanding of Banking Knowledge
- Has broad knowledge in Management, Sales, and Service Training Materials
- Excellent presentation skill
- Able to work with all levels
