Asst QC / QA Engineer
(Singapore – Pandan Loop, near Clementi)
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection of incoming product, materials or customer items according to job order
- Measure & record the dimension of components using measuring instruments eg veriner caliper, micrometer
- Perform, record and analyse reading of Non Destructive Tests, Hardness Tests etc
- Prepare initial inspection report
- Prepare Non-Conformanc Report
- Perform final inspection of components to ensure that all quality requirements or API specifications have been achieved
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Quality Control Engineering or NTC in Metal Precision Engineering
- Minimum 3 years quality control experience in oilfield engineering / heavy engineering industry
- NDT Level II qualification
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familar with measuring instruments and able to read blue prints
- Knowledge of API (16A/16) / NACE / ISO 9001:2008 standards
- Singaporeans & Foreigners (Malaysian, Indonesian, Filipino, Mynarmese) with relevant experience are welcome
