Join our client, a Multinational Company-based Telecommunication, currently has immediate vacancy for:
Customer Support Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contract, co-ordination and agreement with customer for all deliveries
- Regularly meet customer
- Project Manage the set-up of end to end support of the new products for the customer
- Ensure support service is compliant with contractual commitments of he support contracts, KPI, service credits, etc.
- Hold regular operational meetings with customer to monitor, track and resolve against contract service agreement.
- Identify opportunities for new business, either for new projects and/or change request.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 39 years ancient
- Having 5-7 years of working experience in similar role is a must
- Background from Telecommunication Company is A MUST
- Knowledge in IN and VAS
