Engineering Manager/Chief Engineer

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• To plot and manage all engineering & maintenance functions, including operational risk assessment and control and loss mitigation
• To manage all relevant risk and compliance issues in the delivery of Property Management Services, in accordance with the Scope of Work attached to the Management Agreement
• To ensure effective and efficient delivery of services exceeding client expectations
• To achieve budget controls and other targets established and reviewed by the Superior/Clients
• To add value and promote efficient and cost-effective procedures as part of the ongoing maintenance review process

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with some expertise in property management
• Qualifications in risk management or equivalent
• Member of Building Management Association or similar professional body
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
• Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office Software
• Brilliant command of English, with proficiency in report writing in both English and Bahasa
• A demonstrable experience in team building & leadership roles are a must
