Equipment Manager

Requirements:
- Male, Min 35 Years Ancient
- Preferably having a bachelor from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 5-8 years in the position
- Have a strong negotiation skill with suppliers and have a sound knowledge in Facilitty Management (FM)
- Operations cost analysis and Total Quality Maintenance standard (TQMS) and its implementation
- Experience in retail industry, quick food chain stores
- Strong knowledge of building materials and engineering parts
- Familiar with computer literate (autocad, microsoft office and project)
- English proficiency both oral and writtten is a must
