Requirements:
- Pria, usia maksimal 35 tahun
- D3 / S1 jurusan STM Bangunan dengan IPK min. 3,00
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (khususnya Microsoft Excel)
- Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun dalam menghitung dan menganalisa budget (RAB pekerjaan struktur/arsitektur sesuai gambar proyek)
- Menguasai aspek material bangunan
