LEAN Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all improvement in the operation line to reduce waste, downtime, stoppages, shortage rework and defect by implementing system which is supported for all function in the operation structure
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in LEAN manufacturing
- Must have motivated self starter with a passion for transforming businesses and implementing LEAN systems
- Excellent in interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
- Full-Time position available
