PT CCM (Chemical Company of Malaysia) Agripharma is a subsidiary of CCM Chemicals SDN BHD and a member of the CCM Group of companies in Malaysia. For over 50 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, CCM Agripharma manufactures high quality fertilizers product which has and will continue to help improve agricultural yields significantly, resulting in high quality produce for the market place. From the beginning, CCMA has embarked on a research and development (R&D) program aimed at formulating the best fertilizers for both plantation and cash crops. While much of this R&D is undertaken by our own personnel, we also collaborate closely with the Government’s agricultural research institutions to produce fertilizers suitable for all crops in Indonesia. With a large dealer network, our fertilizers are easily available to our customers and the agricultural community throughout the country. Our core business activities are divided into Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Fertilizers Divisions. We also represent more than 50 globally renowned companies in the ASEAN region.
To support its aggressive expansion plot in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of :
Maintenance Engineer (ME) – Medan Based
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance engineers plot the routine maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Work on-factory or remotely diagnosing faults and overseeing time-critical repairs
- Oversee the work of teams of maintenance personnel, such as fitters and technicians
- Involved in all stages of manufacturing
- Work to incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant,
- Involved in the installation and testing process
- Work to improve the useful life of equipment and machinery
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Plotting and scheduling plotted and unplanned work
- Diagnosing breakdown problems
- Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
- Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians and fitters
- Liaising with client departments and customers
- Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry (Cement or Fertilizer) as Maintenance Engineer
- Maximum 33 years ancient
- High degree of self-initiative, excellent leadership skill and communication skill
- Well organized and able to prioritize various task & able to organize routine Maintenance
- Detailed and careful working attitude
- Customer Focused – Strong service mentality to serve our customers
- Strong character, multitasking person and able to work under pressure
- Having vision to develop organization and intention to develop continuous improvement
- Able to lead team and carry out monthly & annual shut down job
- Willing to work in shifting working hour system & work overtime
- Willing to be place in MEDAN
