- S1, Teknik Mesin dari Universitas Terkemuka
- IPK > 3.00/4
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di Konstruksi Gedung Bertingkat
- Mampu melakukan/membuat revisi gambar Sistem Air Bersih, Air Kotor, Fire Hidrant, Tata Udara, dan CCTV
- Mampu membuat Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk pekerjaan Mechanical & Electrical
- Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh Indonesia
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
