Requirements:
- Has minimum education in Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum 5 years experience.
- Or Master of Engineering (S2) with minimum 3 years experience. Must be engineering design of housing, office and recreational facilities projects.
- Has through knowledge of housing, office and recreational facilities Engineering and construction methods including it practices and procedures.
