MTS Operation Staff (MTS)
(Jakarta )
Responsibilities:
- The MTS Operation role will be responsible to work with other operation staffs, as well as to support all MTS platform managers in managing MTS operation area.
- He / She will also be responsible for handling per call transactions, per call analysis, as well as to prepare per call billing.
- Will also be contact point for some MTS reports to ASEAN.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in management / administration / it, with min. GPA 3.3 (of the scale of 4.0).
- Preferably fresh graduate or max 1 year experience in any related industry.
- This person must excel in written and verbal communications, both in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to schedule and collaborate across multiple groups.
- Should be able to work independently, but also a excellent team player.
