Operations Senior Manager – Auto Glass
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- To manage daily operation, maintain relationship with customer and ensure the customer’s satisfaction level.
- To manage & control daily operation for fitter assignment, stock material & parts,purchasing function & well know the glass replacement technique
- Will report to General Manager / Director in Charge
Requirements:
- Age: 32-37
- Male
- Graduated from reputable Universities.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Experienced as automotive workshop manager
- Has the automotive industry understanding
- Has a regional manage responsibility, for better business understanding
- Has a negotiation skill
- Fluent English both oral and written.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- High motivation, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Willing to work 6 days a week (including Saturday)
