A quick growing General Trading and Manufacturing company located in Tangerang, currently needs dynamic and experience talented staff to join our group, for this following position:
Production Supervisor and Leader/Staff
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Supervisor: min. bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering/Chemical/Electrical). Leader/Staff: min. D3 (for leader), min. D1 (for staff)
- Above 3 years experiences as supervisor/senior supervisor in production of (wet) tissue manufacturing/food packaging (FMCG) and able to lead +/- 200 peoples. Leader/Staff: 1-2 years.
- Excellent experience in production system, inventory control, six sigma, statistical control.
- Excellent team player
- Excellent knowledge in Lean manufacturing system (5R/5S implementation, 8 steps).
- Excellent knowledge in method analysis such as time study, line balancing and process flow.
- Strong to work with detailed information without losing sight of the strategic view, hard working and problem solving.
- Ability to communicate in English is essential.
- Strong communication and personal management skill, excellent leadership, energic, analytical thinking and quick learner.
- Excellent level knowledge in MS-Office software (i.e MRP/ERP).
- Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001-2008, GMP, OHSAS and clean room activities.
- Willing to work in shift (for leader/staff)
- Job Location: Tangerang Area
Responsibilities:
- To analyze the production results and establish a relation between results and process parameters in order to maximize production result.
- To do in the field all projects agreed with the PPIC and coordinate closely with the QA /QC supervisor and related departments.
- To respect all ISO/OHSAS/GMP procedures.
- To achieves goals, to study and place in place all necessary actions with regard to machines, raw materials and workers.
- To takes into consideration safety related problems and determines necessary precautions in organization and usage of raw materials and consumables.
- To propose and do the necessary modifications for improving the production process.
- To organize/participate in the technical training programs of factory’s employees.
