Project Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

Responsibilities:
- Formulating budgeting, ensuring proper asset management, supervising daily work and shift activities and preparing process reports for all the machine and lines.
- Overseeing entire designing and implementing of capital improvement projects including requirement analyses, finical specifications, designing, validation and testing activities.
- Plotting, monitoring and execution of various projects for erecting and commissioning and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Effectuating cost saving initiatives and achieving cost reduction trough value engineering, reduction in breakdown time, rework and waste elimination.
- Expertise in managing the overall control of activities of utilities includes budgeting, cost control and plant improvement and development of staff on skill and function.
- Conducting necessary audits, energy conservation measures, ensuring product quality as by various standards (ISO 9000-2000/8 and TS).
- Scheduling and effectuating preventive and predictive maintenance for machines and equipment.
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in Structure Steel Company/Fabrication of Structure Works
- Ability to know technical/ mechanical drawing
- Brilliant electrical and design capability, with ability to disassemble, repair, replace, install, and reassemble parts, and make adjustments to equipment based on vast personal knowledge and manufacturer specifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
