Responsibilities:
- In charge of projects from bidding, conceptualization, progressive payment to handover including successful accomplishment of the project to standards, schedules and budgetary cost with specific primary functions as follows:
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians and support staff to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Allocate manpower and resources within approved budget
- To provide operational support to ensure compliance in project specifications, schedules and contractual terms
- Liaise with Clients and Contractors
- Provide safety leadership and ensure safety policies are followed at all levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in the Construction of projects relating to Process (pharmaceutical / Petrochemical / refinery) Industry.
- Experience in fabrication and erection of piping
- Hands on experience in project or construction management
- Excellent understanding of vendor and resource management
