One of Gunung Sewu group’s subsidiaries, PT Sepatu Mas Idaman (SEMASI) is a manufacturer of high quality male and female dress and casual shoes. It mainly caters to the specific requirements of huge international brand name shoe producers such as Rockport, Lacoste, etc. SEMASI’s production facility is located in Bogor, West Java.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
Quality Control Manager (QC)
(To be based in Bogor)
The ideal incumbent will be:
- Male, Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering (min.GPA: 3.0)
- Able to implement ISO 9001, QC tools, TQM
- Familiar with Lean system and QC/ QA
- Preferably has experience working in footwear manufacture for at least 5 years.
- Proficient in English, verbal and written. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in computer skill; Microsoft Office.
- Possesses excellent analytical and communication skill, having the experience as a trainer will be an advantage.
- Able to work under tight pressure and deadlines
