QUANTITY SURVEYOR M & E
Qualifications:
- Min. S1 from Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering with GPA ≥ 2.75
- Min. 2 years experiences as estimator in civil contractor/ consultant
- Brilliant analytical skill & detail oriented
- Experience in handling variety project (especially construction or interior)
- Excellent English (oral & written) & computer literate
- Proven track record in preparing project specification, M&E lay out, and managing project progress report
- Having excellent experiences in negotiating budget & final account
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
