We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS), a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte, Ltd and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, the developer and operator of Senayan Square, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I & II office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Sentral Senayan III office is now under construction and further development is plotted in the future.
STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :
Quantity Surveyor (QS / CM)
(Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Hold bachelor or diploma degree in QS / Civil Engineering
- Having 3 – 8 years experience in high rise building and excellent knowledge on QS works (Variation Claims, Progress Claims, Final Account) and other related QS works or some relevan overseas experiences would be an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Brilliant English (spoken and written)
