Reliability Engineer
(Banten – Cilegon/Merak)
Responsibilities:
- Focus on long term reliability issues
- Facilitate and implement root cause analysis
- Identify gaps between facility strategy, reliability model, and plant performance
- Use reliability principles to determine and make appropriate improvements
- Follow work process to address reliability opportunities
- Develop and implement operating discipline
- Make preventative maintenance plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with GPA 3.0
- Ability to facilitate development of plant reliability and maintenance strategy, solve equipment reliability and availability loss problems through the application of reliability technology and tools.
- 2-7 years maintenance/reliability and/or rotating equipment experience in a chemical manufacturing facility
- Experience in reliability modeling, budgeting for expenditures
- Ability to facilitate root cause investigations,develop and implement effective solutions in order to achieve long term reliability.
- Skill to effectively communicate the solutions developed to solve reliability issues.
- Use of reliability principles to solve problems and provide adequate documentation of solutions developed.
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and leadership skills.
