Reliability Engineer (Permanen)
(Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on long term reliability issues
- Facilitate and implement root cause analysis
- Identify gaps between facility strategy, reliability model, and plant performance
- Use reliability principles to determine and make appropriate improvements
- Follow work process to address reliability opportunities
- Develop and implement operating discipline
- Make preventative maintenance plans
Requirements:
Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required (Mechanical
- Engineer is preferred).
- Ability to facilitate development of facility reliability and maintenance strategy, solve equipment reliability and availability loss problems through the application of reliability technology and tools.
- Preferred Skills/Background:
- 2-7 years maintenance/reliability and/or rotating equipment experience
- Experience in a chemical manufacturing facility
- Experience in reliability modeling, budgeting for expenditures
- Ability to facilitate root cause investigations and develop and implement effective solutions from the investigation in order to achieve long term reliability.
- Skill to effectively communicate solutions developed to solve reliability issues.
- Use of reliability principles to solve problems and provide adequate documentation of solutions developed.
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and leadership skills.
