Sales and Marketing Staff
Reports to : Chief Representative Officer/Country Manager
Job’s role
The Sales and Marketing position is responsible for executing the sales and marketing strategy for the company. He/She will work with the DNR Process Solution management team to expand customer based and achieve revenue target in Indonesia.
Profile
Experienced, energetic sales person with the ability to know and clarify technical issues to prospects and clients. Ability to present DNR Process Solutions’ products and services to potential clients from initial contact through to the final sale. Experience in managing sales cycles from start (lead generation) to end (account maintenance/upselling). Ability to define new sales strategies to expand pool of potential clients. Positive attitude and brilliant communications skills.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge and experience with effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Have sales experience of products and service in electrical, or process control and instrumentation for process industry an Oil & Gas
- Experience or desire to work with entrepreneurial spirit and multitasking environments
- Experience selling $100,000+ service packages to large businesses
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to travel to meet company goals
