Senior Contract Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering
- Having excellent experience in administration of contracts and subcontracts with large construction projects
- Able to identify and manage risks and advice the project team the solution or remedy to overcome risks
- Prepare change order, variations and also claims
- Help the project team for resolving the contractual issues and disputes regarding main contract and subcontracts
- Excellent negotiating skills and able to administer the contracts including scope of works and supply and contractual requirements
- Familiar with FIDIC Terms and conditions and also knowledge about types of contracts
- Should have a general understanding of contract law and statutory requirements that may affect the project
- Effective communication and correspondence and interpretation of contract terms and conditions including subcontracts with client and subcontractors
- Excellent proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Minimum 8 years experience in Construction of Industrial, Oil and Gas or Power Plant Projects
