Senior Contract Engineer
(Jakarta)
Requirements:
With the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Have 7-12 years experience in the administration of contracts and subcontracts with large construction projects.
- Able to identify and manage risks and advice the project team the solution/remedy to overcome risks
- Prepare change order, variations and also claims
- Help the project team for resolving the contractual issues and disputes regarding main contract and subcontracts
- Excellent negotiating skills and able to administer the contracts including scope of works and supply and contractual requirements
- Familiar with FIDIC Terms and conditions and also knowledge about types of contracts.
- Should have a general understanding of contract law and statutory requirements that may affect the project.
- Effective communication and correspondence and interpretation of contract terms and conditions including subcontracts with client and subcontractors
- Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written)
